Cutting knives are delicate and expensive. Therefore z-automation offers the complete solution for the protection and storage of cutting knives and their accessories – including a safe packaging system.

Specific rigid foam shadow board for every cutting knife
For every knife there is a specific rigid foam shadow board with a customized machined knife contour and explicit labelling – if necessary together with its holder. The knife is stored in this protective packaging when not in use or when it is sent for regrinding.

Transfer to regrinding in safe transport box
Standardized and closable plastic box holds the knife in its rigid foam shadow board. Thus the cutting knife is ideally protected during transport – without any additional packaging.

Double door cupboard
Every rigid foam shadow board for each knife has its assigned place in the cupboard. Keeping order and having an overview is easy. See at one glance which knife is in use in the machine, which knives wait for their usage and which knives have been sent away for regrinding. Saw blades, further accessories and empty transport boxes also find their place in the cupboard.
