Process key figures directly from the control unit
Every second, z-automation systems deliver the latest overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) data directly to your control unit, making it easy to keep up-to-date with your processes. The operating data used for this evaluation is collected directly at the operator station.

 


Testing, controlling and measuring with the help of digital image processing
Of course our z-automation solutions include image processing for the exact testing of critical characteristics, as well as for measuring and positioning purposes. It is, for example, used in our product z-measuring device for quality assurance and process monitoring purposes, and to verify the performance of production systems.

 


Robotics
We provide freely programmable robots for handling materials, workpieces, tools or special modules. This makes z-automation systems extremely versatile. In systems used for the production of more than two products at the same time, robots are equipped with saw heads for the flexible adjustment of the sawing angle.

 


Integrated injection moulding
Thanks to our internally developed injection moulding unit, z-automation delivers a seamless system: It is not a flange mounted solution that requires a lot of space and does not have a separate control unit for the injection moulding cell with a mostly less than ideal level of integration into the control system. z-automation offers an extremely compact, fully integrated unit that is optimized for processing TPE and includes all auxiliary components such as a granule drying and feeding system and temperature control units. All process parameters, processes, statuses and alerts can be directly monitored via the control unit. This means that the TPE cell works like any other processing station, for example in a z-transfer system.
